In this day-long workshop, learn to design natural landscapes that not only produce food and beauty for people, but also shelter birds and beneficial insects, harvest water and preserve biodiversity. Workshop includes: basic principles of ecological landscape design, efficient and pest-resistant garden layout, selecting plants that have many uses, drought-proofing your yard, creating plant communities that work together and conserving energy through careful landscape planning.
