OEC is looking for “GREEN, ECO-HEALTHY CITIZENS”

Don’t wait to volunteer and become a special events tabler with OEC. If you enjoy attending community events, having conversations and providing resources to the public, then we have a volunteer opportunity for you. The Oregon Environmental Council is looking for volunteers to help with an outreach project. Volunteers play a very important role in helping increase our visibility and enabling us to be present at many events around town. We are seeking outgoing, fun, and friendly individuals to work with us. It is enjoyable for everyone. We will have an orientation session to acquaint volunteers with OEC’s history, policy and programs. We welcome groups and individuals looking to help with this volunteer opportunity. Please contact Caran Goodall for more information and to sign-up for our orientation at 503-222-1963 ext 115 or volunteer@oeconline.org Check out more about OEC on our website http://www.oeconline.org.

We need your participation to help us accomplish our mission of bringing Oregonians together for a healthy environment. Founded in 1968, OEC is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization. Our current programs focus on protecting kids' health from toxic pollution, cleaning up Oregon's rivers, and protecting our climate by curbing vehicle pollution. Be part of our team and join us in this outreach effort. OEC highly values the work our volunteers do. We try to provide each volunteer with a great experience to build their resume, and most importantly a chance to help Oregon's environment.
